Refund & Return Policy

Every Tazanna saree is handcrafted exclusively for you after your order is placed. Because each piece is made to order and not mass-produced, returns or refunds are accepted only in the case of genuine damage or manufacturing defects.

Colour Variation Disclaimer

The colours of the saree you receive may vary slightly from what is seen in our pictures and videos. Differences in photographic lighting, camera settings, and your screen or phone display can all affect how colours appear. In addition, since every saree is individually handcrafted and hand-embroidered, slight variations in shade and detailing are natural. These variations are characteristics of a handmade product and are not considered defects, and are not eligible for return or refund.

Unboxing Video — Mandatory

To raise a damage or defect claim, a clear, unedited unboxing video is compulsory. The video must:

  • Begin before the sealed package is opened, showing the intact outer packaging and shipping label
  • Show the parcel being opened and the saree being taken out of the box in one continuous, uncut recording
  • Clearly show the damage or defect as the product comes out of the box

Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted, as we have no other way to verify that the damage occurred before delivery.

How to Raise a Claim

  • Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video
  • Once verified, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

What Is Not Covered

  • Colour variations from pictures or videos, as described above
  • Minor irregularities in hand embroidery, which are part of the charm of artisan-made pieces
  • Change of mind, dislike of colour or fabric, or incorrect selection
  • Damage caused after delivery, or by washing or handling contrary to the care instructions

All orders are prepaid. Cash on delivery is currently not available.
